LewisB … I know for a fact that there is absolutely no construction/mining company that will put in a solid competitive tender on a limbo project!
— For these businesses time is money and they need to schedule works accordingly to make best use of their workers and equipment!

Without surety of where their payment will come from they would be even less enthusiastic about committing to this project!
And in regards payments ….
Even running a skeleton crew there are expenses - notably something like three quarters of a million dollars due to APA by January 24!

Plus Ian would have to continue on the investment conference circuit looking for some other funder for when the RCF funds run out!
