That's a very specific comment, do you have a source or any proof of that assertion?

I'm not defending AVL who would have had to do another cap raise very soon as per their normal modus operendi, regardless.

But saying AVL or RCF got info or correspondence from the government that hasn't been disclosed, that's altogether different imo.
