Well that's fine, you have changed the arguement now from TMT potentially having to explain to the ASX that they have no money, to TMT choosing RCF because it was a more attractive option than other funding avenues.
I'll just leave it at this. Ian has had zero issue raising funds to keep this venture going ever since first listing.
I won't even bring opinion in on whether he did it well or poorly, as I think that is irrelevant.
You have been suggesting a dire financial situation was about to emerge for TMT if RCF didn't save the day. My opinion is if this merger or RCF were not in the picture, TMT would have raised capital to keeps things rolling the same way they always have. No issues. And in fact the coffers being allowed to lean out is most likely entitely due to the planned merger/buyout.
So doubly irrelevant to argue TMT were heading into trouble without RCF.
I simply don't agree with your suggestion that TMT were heading into financial trouble.
