They never had to explain Rhys , just came within a week of that necessity kicking in but yes the company did get more funding from RCF, Regal, Tribeca and others and maybe you are right that it was part of merger preliminary moves that that financial result was ‘allowed’ to be booked?

I’ve been trying to timeline the actual date that ITR process was started and keep noting a dpot where Ian said it was ‘last week’ but forgetting to log the date.

The reason I’m curious is that I think the findings - including updated costings - were likely a key factor in recent developments.
And why was that May 24 raise $11.5m? - No more no less?
And how much is currently left in the TMT kitty?
And why did Regal and Tribeca not officially come out to the AFR about wanting a merger until June 27 - more than a month after supporting the raise?
…And what is the current story state of play for that South Australian Yadlamalka vanadium battery? It was supposed to be up to full speed in August and yet there’s been no news from that company since the official ‘launch’ in late June..
And so much more..


The timing of this merger is very curious and interesting to me (whether I’m a nickel and dimes holder or not).
And Rhys I want you to know I also appreciate your rational and intelligent approach to this issue, and figure - based on posts here - you must surely be in the higher echelons of intelligence of TMT shareholders regardless of the size of your holding.
