Well i'll look at the positives for something to do.

    - We get a recognisable name now and any money looking for a vanadium play will find it's way here.
    - We get the government support factor. It was arbitrary in my opinion that AVL were awarded it originally and not TMT
It didn't speak to the resource or company being any better, but going forward if government are going to write cheques, who's complaining..
    - NAIF only have one package to accept now, not two.
    - Ian is overseeing the merger of resources. He was the one who took the premium ground originally, while Vince toiled over the tougher stuff for several extra years to try getting his portion even close to bankable,,,, so Ian is at least the correct person for the job I feel to see how to get value from the combined resource.
    - We get the full Southern Block. AVL drilled out their share last year but no one has seen any results yet. I assume there is at least some continuation, that hopefully means early processing is still profitable enough, and the millions of extra tonnes of oxided stuff doesn't weigh down at least the early years of production.
    - Hopefully fingers crossed, EPA have ticked off enough of TMT's submission, that any changes needed are minimal enough to not require donkeys years again to get a green light. who knows though. I would love to be a fly on the wall of the most recent TMT/EPA discussions.
(incorporating AVL's more complex processing facility onsite though is my concern, that's a big change).
    - RCF will have now completed their robbery of TMT holders, so they can be 100% behind raising the value of the merged entity with no ulterior schemes going on.
    - No more fence between TMT and AVL, the competition, the elephant in the room of a potential merger or takeover... We all can argue in the same place.
    - We inherit a large holder base who, this is not being insulting, are dyed in the wool supporters, red flags sometimes being no issue at all, so SP should continue to have a lot of support..

All of it makes the merger make sense, but feeling ripped off as a TMT holder is pretty darn understandable still.
