correct owning 42 percent of AVL pre cap raise i don't believe is good enough. prepared to say NO at the risk of going alone and deal collapsing. merger proposal at 71m imo is crap aswell. timing very oppertunistic on the verge of EPA approval. TMT could of easily been 100m plus had this of waited another few months
