Mate I am gobsmacked to say the least! For everyone involved in the merger deal they are about to get a rude shock because not one person I know or have read has voted in favour in its current form.

I will say A merger is a good idea just not under the current arrangement.

I would be putting the deal on ice for 6 months and then re visit.

The deal is very timely considering the upside for TMT!

As I have said many times from an ore perspective RCF have too many $$ and not enough sense.

The merger in another form may get across the line.
