    With RCF having a foot on both sides of the fence, it's a zero sum transaction for them.

    e.g. if TMT are getting a raw deal, AVL are getting a good deal and the negative for TMT balances out the positive for AVL.

    So why not give TMT a decent price?

    We are getting well short of 47.7% and even more short of 61.7%.
