Plus for TMT to acquire AVL, TMT needs to raise more than AVL needs to raise to acquire TMT. AVL's MC is 120 M vs 75 M for TMT.

Looks like both companies and RCF knew they are not going to go too far on their own. Why else would TMT agree to the merger?

Looks like this will buy them time. another couple of years for updated BFS for integrated project.
