What does Ian know ? Well less than two weeks ago at the New World Metals Conference, the company was telling shareholders what a wonderful Vanadium project they had, and the great team, talking about the great partnerships they were forging, and the wonderful prospects for the project going forward. Now it seems they are suddenly proposing to dissolve the company. Forgive me if I sound a little skeptical of any advice from TMT management concerning the benefit of a merger with their closest competitor.
