1/3 of the company I would not personally call trivial.. And did we really need all that $US straight away.. Sure a little more cash would probably speed some things up but the SPAC had US92M. I would assume that is a 2-3 yr run-rate for AVR at their fastest progress.
But I agree a NASDAQ listing will give us all a nice up-lift. I guess if I needed my money out soon, the SPAC deal would have been good. If I am prepared to wait another 2 years, I should be rewarded for the wait.. My personal thoughts only..
In terms of cash, of course we will need more money.. But hypothetically raising money mid-year a $30 would reduce the dilution significantly from the SPAC proposal.
