I don't believe the supreme court has anything to do with the advisors hush on the EM. These are entirely separate matters. Compliance/Legal would be telling them to stay the heck away from such a public conflict.
They just need to give us our cash!! I was suspicious when CD1 and CD2 didn't have 30 June distributions, even though they had cash, and then again when the CD 1 and 2 buy-back weren't reinstated.
Simple steps:
1. Withdraw the scheme, or have it voted down 2. Stop thinking buy-backs are helpful for unloved securities. 3. Distribute the cash 4. Employee our Blogger friend to become the Investor Relations chief of the funds. Such great work.
