following is in regards to cowan, and may/may not be of use.......
in oz you do not lose ur allocation (for being less than marketable) if you hold thru custodian broker. There is only a chance of loss if you hold what we call CHESS here. You may be able to use this info in your location issues (or prolly too late).......Hope you understand what I am saying.
