I think those who have less than 1000 BHP shares will be given an opportunity to sell the small holding of WPL shares acquired by merger, through a Sale Facility. I may do this.
I am a retiree, and am attracted to buying BHP shares to make use of the franking credits attached to the "dividend" implied in the merger calculations.All other calculations are too complex for me!
