Am I understanding this correctly?
Part 1 - Shares
A holder owns 1000 BHP shares. With a ratio of 5.543 BHP shares to 1 WPL share, they'll receive 180 WPL shares.
As their holding of BHP is 1000 shares, they can elect to be part of the Share Sale Facility, where these 180 WPL shares are sold on their behalf and they receive the proceeds.
Part 2 - Dividend
The holder also receives a specie dividend of $4.62 USD (around $6.20 AUD) per BHP share.
Is that right?
