Also, in your earlier explanation you mentioned at bullet 5 "After the merger....". Does this deal still leave BHP with the O&G assets but in a separate entity or is it like the recent STO-OSH "merger" where the OSH assets were completely subsumed by STO and OSH ceased to exist. That is, there will not be a separate JV between WPL and BHP that holds the O&G assets.
