That valuation is not based on the economics of the project.
If you read the report, it is based on the SP range prior to the merger announcement, with a reduction factor applied to the fact that the controlling interest is lost in the merged entity ... a minority interest being valued at less than a controlling interest in these valuations.

But you need to consider that this is a SP valuation, based on SP, not a detailed analysis of feasibility, or forecast revenue and expenses, so it's very superficial.

"Undervalued" is you panicking, so calm down and read the detail.
Cannacord has us valued at 0.58, based on the economics.
This valuation is purely to work out whether 1.1 AMAL shares is good value for 1 TAW share or not. Their conclusion is Yes, that's all that should be taken from it

And seeing as AMAL is trading at 0.32, that gives us an equivalent value of .352 currently.


An AMAL SP back at .33 gives us .363, and at .34 gives us.374.
