Answer,
TRF had run out of opex ( empty treasury) old boy!
Come in IFE..A little cash box ,to cover director & waiting fees.
With a bit of luck the newly merged treasury will get The Hon IF thru to retirement age.

This newly merged enterprise has no cashflow IN.. Only OUT.
But miracles can happen , & perhaps gold will save the day,but considering the past failed strategies of the Hon IF,
It's hard to imagine TRF/IFE recover this from here under same stewardship..I am afraid to say.

But i would be delighted to be proven wrong.
