Hi LiveEagle, I believe on-line you can always edit your vote up to the close off point.
Question is, should they cancel all votes and make people vote again rather than relying on people to bother going to change their vote? Though perhaps that's not allowed? ,they might keep a few more yes votes that way anyway.
