Yes excellent point. There is a good buying opportunity here as the ratio is going to stay the same regardless of the TAW share price tomorrow.
So if you waiting to play the long game and buy more tomorrow and then wait for relisting after the merger (assuming if the merger goes ahead with a vote yes) then yes an opportunity.
Not recommending investors following that course of action but just stating it as an option. Could have been explained better by the company.
