I feel like I've been facepalmed by 'E. Honda' after devoting so much energy and research time on these two companies. Why not delay the merger until we get the ASX listing sorted? Has this been consulted with the major shareholders? No mention of it, just the BoDs decision to waive the ASX listing condition?
