I doubt there will be much if any selling from the sales agent, if people are holding Tawana the merge won't be a surprise it's been coming since July.

Overseas holders will either fill in the form or sell beforehand and buy back after the merge, not filling in your form having the sales agent sell them at ??? price and pay tax on that sale.

You would have to be pretty dumb to let that happen I can't imagine there will be anything more than a few small parcels go up.
