Hi Kropka, again it's one of those mathematical things that perhaps some struggle with. The existing AMAL holders current own zero percent of COW due to their holding in AMAL after the merger they will collectively own 51% of 15% of COW due to their holding AMAL. So going from 0 to just over 7.5% is a nice little bonus for them IMHO.

So just because you can't work something out doesn't mean I am twisting anything. Though I do assume most have an understanding of basic maths.
