On the merger, I think the S/price re-rate figure will be .28 cents .... then once the merger is finalised I think the Co will put out an announcement late March, to the effect that the Venus Project test results after the test Well tube coiling treatment is now bringing in commercial viable production figures and the Well will be bought on line immediately for a ongoing Co revenue stream. I would think the S/price then imo could possibly end up somewhere between the .35 - .45 cents s/price range.
Just my opinion not advice.
