I think today's dip in the SP shows people still don't understand that the merger is akin to an acquisition. I'd like to reiterate some facts and data in this regard, noting it is relevant to the current resource and will be superseded by the upcoming Sproule report:

• There are currently 686,073,969 shares on issue, that of which represents KKO's 49% ownership (2.4tcf) in the Afro Energy JV.
• We are 'buying' Badimo = the other 51% of the Afro Energy JV (2.5tcf), to become the sole owner (4.9tcf), for 567,704,718 KKO shares.
• We are increasing our ownership by 104% for an allocation of shares which represents an 82% increase of shares on issue, we are not buying a 104% increase in ownership for 104% increase of shares on issue.

This is an great deal which significantly de-risks the project whilst also increasing our holding/value, and for less than it's worth.
The investors will be lining up.
