I actually think it's worse than that

the revenue they are buying is not really revenue

The CDA model is to sell other people's products and they take a very small clip

They are reporting the revenue as being the total value of the products passing through their distribution hub.

They are not reporting only what their clip of the whole product is.

IMHO highly misleading and when the companies are merged and they are forced to do GAAP accounting to IFRS standards, we will have to bring the revenue down to the true clip and that will be the downfall
