At the risk of covering what you think is old ground Siv, the issue here is that debt won't provide funding until they know the equity is sorted to actually get the project built. This would be a fundamental financier requirement. So lng equity contribution at a significant clip may blow out timetables given they expect to reach FID by this time next year but again the lng share price would be a lot higher post BTAs which is a precondition to everything.
