I like it. The Gambia wasn't a dry hole, so there's still value probably worth exploring, and with Shell finding oil in Africa the whole of the West coast is now in play.
I would settle for a cast iron promise to turn over each dollar in royalties to shareholders, or even to become a royalty company. Use the cash on hand to fund companies needing a little extra cash to finish developments in exchange for sweetheart royalty flows.
Gambia and GB tenements could also be exchanged for say a 1 percent royalty
