I am not a technically qualified oilman but Ok-GeodesRock49most certainly is. This is his reply to all the doubters regarding lack of flowtests.

A well can still produce 1000's of barrels of oil per day with downhole pumps. So, "not flowing" is not a bad thing. Still have to do something with the gas regardless.''

That certainly makes my view much more positive. The oil is there, the problem is proving up the resource and what to do with the gas.
