I have been disbarred by St0cktwit which I number as one of my major achievements but the person should write a letter addressed to the Chairman of 88E and specifically ask those questions of him.
If not satisfied he can then follow the usual course of lodging complaints with ASX.LSE,OTC and all the usual regulatory bodies.
88E will not relish the task of having to get involved with any of those bureaucrats.
