Thanks OW was thinking the same. Should be soon. I do wonder how many people are on the sidelines ready to enter or top up. Wouldn't make sense to sell.... on the rise from permit approval. Guess if you get timing right you could sell, it'll drop a bit and re-entry at risk of missing out if it starts to FOMO.
