Why do you assume I have losses? I've never touched this stock with money.

Looking at the history of the people running the company will tell you a great deal. If someone makes a whole lot of money from a company which sucks money out of investors and into their own pocket, and then that company inevitably falls over, and then you find them running a new company where the same thing is happening, well, you join the dots. If the company itself spends years making promises which are consistently not kept, and investors who throw money at the company continually lose that money, and the people running the company are making money out of this situation and have a financial incentive to continue with this activity, do you really want to be putting your money with them?

But hey, as you say, what would looking at the past show? I mean, it's not like people should be held accountable, right? Doing your due diligence as an investor is boring, right? Giving money to other people who make empty promises to you is fun, right?
