If you give me $10,000,000 per year, I'll give you $650,000 per quarter too. If you increase what you give me by 10% per year, I'll gladly continue to increase what I give you each quarter by a certain amount. If you want to call me a gift in that scenario I'm more than happy to accept it, in fact, I'll gladly let you call me whatever you like.

Mernova's revenue is not profit. If you have to spend more money than you make, it doesn't matter how much money you get in revenue, you're still losing money.
