I think we all know that if he is found not guilty, he isn't going anywhere. I'm honestly not sure what the market's initial response would be to that news, but it means CPH will be continuing along with business as usual and that's certainly not something I'd want to be a part of as a shareholder.

If he is found guilty, surely it stands to reason that the share price is going to fall. A director being found guilty of these things... you can not possibly think that is not a negative for a company. Or, hey, maybe you can. Blumenthal is not some grunt level employee they can simply fire and replace before carrying on without issue.

Do I think he is guilty or not guilty? No prizes for guessing but I see no reason to comment. I have no doubt about the reality of what's going on, it's overwhelmingly obvious, but I'm unsure as to whether or not it will be legally proven. My guess is that the investigation would not have been carried out unless those behind it were reasonably confident they could prove something. We've also seen it clearly demonstrated that things have been done with little to no care put in place to hide them.

hahaha, I didn't think you would proffer an answer to my question.

Of course Blumenthal departing the company would have an impact - imo, a largely positive impact. So far the company is not implicated in any wrong doing. And the departure of Blumenthal would put this saga behind Creso, allowing it to continue on it's business strategy unhindered by Blumenthal's behaviour.
