So in saying this you acknowledge that Blumenthal is bad for CPH. This means if he is found not guilty it's a problem for CPH. That makes it peculiar that you'd be holding, but okay...
And if he is found guilty and is removed, do you honestly think it's as simple as 'Blumenthal is gone and the company just merrily blossoms into a successful company'? Do you think it's possible that Blumenthal could have been carrying out illegal activities all these years without anyone else in the company being involved or knowing about it? Do you think he could really be that isolated? If you think so... wow... okay, I can understand why you would hope for him to be found guilty and removed, but wow... and if not, then you realise that the problem was not specific to one person and is a part of the company.
