If they can't raise money rattling the tin, then they'll need to sell some assets. Only those assets actually worth something will be able to generate interest.

I think this is a good asset, and I'm guessing others will think this also.

So I would watch for ex-Canopy types buying any decent assets to cobble together their own business that actually has legs going forward.
