If we then add on cash-based remuneration for the BOD and leadership of $1,633,984 you realise that more than 100% of the operating cash received by CPH was paid to Directors. Now there are more Directors!!

In fact, AB was the beneficiary of over 83% of the company's generated cash flow.

Then you get to add on share-based payments.

This cash figure paid to EverBlu equated to $387,463 per month or $12,738 per day!! Over the same period the sp fell 45% (and has fallen another 50% since).

Is it really a surprise there is a criminal investigation underway into AB's dealings?
