1st half tends to be slightly weaker as there's usually a rush to settle matters before the end of June that back-ends some profit. My full year forecast is below (from 7/10).

As for what they'll do with this cash, I expect some guidance on that as per the conversation above I don't know what happens if J&J/Ethicon were to win their appeal. It's hard to think they would have paid over the costs if they would get them repaid on successful appeal, unless there was condition to hold them in a Controlled Monies account pending outcome (no such thing was mentioned in the ann). Otherwise I think a chunk of it will go to debt repayment (specifically the disbursement funding facility), maybe a slight increase in div.
