Yeah, real good question. I wondered about that when they announced the costs would be paid. Thought maybe the appeal had been withdrawn or they were appealing quantum of compensation only, but no, they are appealing liability. Figured in that case there might have been security for costs lodged with the court rather than actually paid over. Hope we get a clearer picture on that with the half year results.
