merger with sgh is viable now that shine isn't shining...sp has fallen quite a bit when only a year ago drums were rolling on shine running away with higher divis and sp. looks like they are planning to meet sgh somewhere in the middle. if this is a pvt equity play then they should delist it to let them play. retail shareholders need a good exit from this.
