On a separate news item dated 8 May 2017 (three weeks before D13's announced sale to an undisclosed SE Asian country), the S'porean Home Affairs Minister stated that its counter drone capability "includes the ability to detect and identify the unmanned aircraft, locate its operator, or take down the aircraft safely".

Just remembered a significant point of interest from the Q3 report commentary:

"Department 13 participated in Milipol Asia-Pacific 2017, a leading homeland security exhibition held in Singapore. MESMER® was showcased to over 400 delegates from more than 30 countries, and Department 13 was the only counter drone technology company invited to the Milipol Exhibit."
