that was actually news to me... a pleasant surprise, because only late last year I recall the plan was to go it alone with pediatric SR aGVHD only... and that they would look for a partner to run the adult trial and then commercialise.
I suspect being able to find a high calibre COO like Rosa Bjorkeson to join their executive team has given Silviu the confidence to tackle the adult market as well... if your paying for that type of firepower on your management team, you better get as much out of them as possible.
building out your own sales force is critical and means MSB shareholders will benefit 100% from the earnings generated from Ryoncil in the US... in the long run, the benefit is exponential and this product alone could easily bankroll MSB for many years to come.
