What I was saying was GG cannot buy or sell freely because he is now a Director of MSB. There are blackout periods for Director's and there are other times when Director's may have sensitive information outside a blackout period which makes it Gray.
GG still has room to buy MSB to get to 20% and he can add further using the creeping provisions in the Corporations Act. However, I would not presume that GG has unlimited funds he has already spent a lot of capital in buying shares and the board of MSB has done him no favours by forcing him into the marketplace where he has bought as high as $3.20.
My advice to the company remains the same gives us some colour on sales projections for fiscal 2026 and what are current orders looking like for the June Quarter!
