Unless you are sitting around that Board table, it is pretty hard to know all the reasons why this change.It aligns nicely with the Australian leadership piece and gives me some belief that the big guns needed to get it through in the USA are happy to relax a bit now (i.e. the heavy lifting has been done).
Ms Bell also seems to be legal and finance heavy in her skill set which is indicative of a different focus from the medical approval leadership.
All speculative on my behalf, but I have been a LTH and watched this play out, so I am inclined to d my bit of fan barracking from the ringside seats.
