Thanks Phaedrus. Didn't take notes to give you a direct quote but clearly remember that SI mentioned we need to partner for our larger indications (CHF, ARDS, CLBP); however we do not need to partner for aGvHD and will likely go it alone (something like that). This also aligned with my understanding: agreement with Novartis mentioned from memory that Novartis had the option to distribute Rem-L for aGvHD outside USA); also from memory we had set up a sales force in anticipation for Rem-L approval for aGvHD before we got the set-back.

So for me this was not anything new but just clarified for me that we will likely distribute ourselves in USA for Rem-L for aGvHD (I like this because it gives us control and we have come so far with this ourselves and we have established relationships with specialists in this space).

I also remember this clearly because I have always had in the back of my mind if Novartis would negotiate also distributing Rem-L for aGvHD in USA as well (assuming they are interested in this indication). So I was relieved on this front.
