I agree regarding the prospects and risk/reward.
rather I will be dipping in the entitlement pool to bring down the average by a little.

However, the question was about the message the CEO gave repeatedly and the actions taken immediately after.

I am probably a novice investor but fully open to learn and with an absolitely open mindset... the language used and the tricks used by management and actions that follow. We are funded or I am confident to be funded for the adult trial and CLBP.... was a lie, even if a half lie as that distracted shareholders form teh fact that this may include a huge 29% dilution. yeah, 40% was not right.
My question is that can this be challenged in the court?

Regarding oversubscribed, yeah, I have seen many many oversubscriptions just before the inevitable results.

SI filling up his bag with majority of his entitlements is also a positive factor....but just a factor, not a sure shot result.
People do go wrong with their overvonfidence.

Remember, hope is big thing....but has a side effect ..of false optimism too.
