No I have never been happy about the CR at these levels, I have not congratulated any BOD’s. I have been vocal on that.
I am saying it’s done, money is in the bank as it was needed for there company to 1. Exist 2. Negotiate from a position of power 3. Have the ability to execute new plans.
The last CRL had no backup so it is what it is.
