It's always been the case that MSB has not wanted to negotiate partnerships from a vulnerable position financially. They have never been about being cheap and cheerful, least of all to satisfy traders and worse, accumulators who conduct short ladder attacks,

MSB has focussed on aGVHD because it is an unmet need, high mortality and assessed on very reasonable grounds, remestemcel-L it was to be likely to be accepted early for this application.

The FDA delay issues have been well canvassed in here, and it's fair to say most of the actual causes have originated from the FDA itself. The point being on MSB's strategy that once one approval is in, it demonstrates efficacy of the technology. This telegraphs down the line.
aGVHD is not the most lucrative application but this is clearly not the point.

I consider SI's priorities to be extremely well thought-out and I don't intend to criticise him for the shortcomings of the FDA, nor the issues with Covid-19 conditions etc.

There are people in here who have agitated pretty constantly about the supposed desperate need for a deal, any deal and it seems @col69 has become one of them.

This is regrettable but it doesn't change the underlying strength of the strategy as the FDA gets up to speed and sorts itself out.
Equally there have been noisy posters agitating at critical times over the years, that MSB was supposedly on the verge of bankruptcy.

Where are they now?

Surely they have been strategic downrampers who know and always have known, the inherent merit of MSB technology and families of patents.

It's been grubby and relentless and when they're not doing it they are watching very closely indeed. JIMO
