Think the average patient with heart failure in the states can afford to pay for off label use of this drug?
How expensive do you think it will be? And not just because of the cells.
You need an interventional cardiologist, you need a Cath lab, you need a team of nurses, recovery bay time, etc,
Wonder how much that will cost?
Insurance will not pay for its off label use.
This would be such an insignificant source of revenue, it wouldn't be wise to be betting on it making any substantial impact.
