I agree with you and share your sentiments.
Mesoblast has been very poor with their financial management, in particular this CR.
It just show how desperate the company needed the $$$ in the bank.
The only two things positive about this placement a vote of confidence by Dr. Rose and it has bought Mesoblast time to deal with the elongated FDA processes. This March meeting with the FDA is critical.
In any case, I'm glad that this CR is out of the way.
